Forget Carbon Offsets. The Planet Needs Carbon Removal Credits

In the fight against climate change, carbon offsets have long been used as a way for individuals and companies to mitigate their carbon emissions. However, with the urgency of the climate crisis becoming increasingly dire, some experts are now advocating for a shift towards a new solution: carbon removal credits.

Carbon removal credits go a step beyond simply offsetting carbon emissions by actively removing carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.
